Fat Loss and Waist Measurement

Okay, here’s a question: Is it possible to lose any significant amount of bodyfat without realizing an appreciable reduction in waist measurement?

I plan to get an objective body-comp assessment done in four weeks, subsequent to the end of my 12wk Carbolin 19 run. I had one done 3wks before starting Carbolin 19.

Just wanted to elicit some opinions on the trusty tape measure/waist reduction method? I look leaner overall, but the tape/waist tell a different tale (no change), even though this is where my extra BF is most apparent.

Naturally it’s possible… if you’re putting on muscle it’s gotta go somewhere.
