From what I understand according to T-Dawg v2.0 I should consume 100g carbs 288g protein and 92g of fat at 192lbs on a training day? Is that fat intake correct cuz it seems pretty high to me
I didnt do the calculations for you, so I dont know the exact numbers, but it doesnt seem particularly high. I ate around that much fat on the T-Dawg diet as well. Do the calculations again, but they are probably right.

Since T-Dawg 2.0 is a reduced carb diet, your fats and and proteins will be moderate/high. The diet is approx. made up of 50/35/15%, PRO, FAT, CHO, respectively. The fats allow you to reduce calories while keeping satiety decent and maintain testosterone levels (low-fat diets can lower T levels).
A good starting point for your fat source is breaking your intake into approx. thirds. Meaning, 33% saturated, 33% polyunsaturated, 33% monounsaturated. With the majority of your poly’s coming from omega 3’s, but some omega 6’s.
Remember that eggs are not pure saturated fat like the media might have you believe. Depending on what type you buy, they can have decent levels of polyunsaturated fats, mostly omega 6’s.
