I have a similar pillow set up. Between the legs, propping my arm up, hugging, under my head. I need at least 4 good temper pedic pillows to get comfortable.

I definitely have my pillow fort up around me every night. the only time i wake up is when one of my “fort walls” falls down and i start to ache somewhere.

Thanks Meat. I now blame all my weaknesses and my fatness on that tiny-ass pillow I’ve been using!!! I knew it had nothing to do with being a pussy like all you guys said I was!!!

All makes sense to me. I have been choking them around the forward ‘chin’ bar, which is causing me to be pulled forward. Makes it interesting and all, but I think I will try your set up next time.

that is definitely the draw back to bands. you have to have them directly above you or you will get pulled forward or backward. it’s not a big deal with submax weight but on max attempts, it only takes a little bit of pull to totally fuck up your lift. on my 715 i didn’t step back far enough and the bands put me back on my heels. it’s a bitch to have to worry about stepping out with heavy ass weight and also doing it so that you are directly centered under the bands.

yep… i stopped posting in the bodybuilding section. didn’t get much interest. i guess i wasn’t doing enough hammmerzz strength machines:)

my bodyweight has leveled off at 260. i feel really good but don’t want to lose anymore. my strength is at an all time high. the bodybuilding thing is now on the back burner as i chase new strength PR’s.

I think I may have to start that pillow thing… my lower back, hips and shoulders have been really bugging me as of late. Thought it may be my mattress, but it is only 3-4 years old, and high quality.

When I sleep on my side, my hips an my shoulders ache and my hands go numb (pins and needles). If I sleep on my stomach, my lower back kills me. F’n brutal. I’m gonna have to try this, may be a cure.

Question… How come Dave does not post on here, and the very rare video of him on here as well? He loos like a cool dude, even if he does hit like my sister…

(my sister is 3 inches taller than me and outweighs me by 60 pounds… lol!)

definitely give it a try. my back feels awesome now. i find that the knee has to be higher than your hip. stack some pillows between those knees.

Dave is cool as hell. He’s a steel worker and really doesn’t know how to use a computer. I post vids of him every once in awhile. He’s not nearly the whore that i am.

I think i figured out why he hits like a girl… he has even shorter t-rex arms than me. his hands basically attach at his shoulders.

Tried the pillow thing for the last 2 days… hips and lower back feel a bit better (I know it is too soon for real results yet) but kept waking up replacing the damn pillow.

Gonna bring the duct tape to bed tonight… can’t wait to see the look on the bride’s face… heheheheh…
