Myself, along with the Swedish Bikini team, Angelina Jolie, a truckload of baby oil and 6 cases of Jack Daniels… WERE ABDUCTED BY ALIENS!!.

We were designated as a “science experiment” in human sexuality. Regrettably, Angelina and I were the only survivors. It was horrible. We ate the bikini team. Several times. When they were kaput… we turned our attention to each other… the aliens had enough information by this point… Angie and I said our goodbyes, and agreed that we would pretend not to know each other in public. The Chinese writing tatoo she now sports? That says “Bunny was here”.

She also said she hates guys with the “fight club” look, and further stated that Brad had shoulders on him like a brook trout… and he is a little bitch who still wets the bed.

She wanted me to come with her as her bodyguard… but the pay was not that good, the benefits were awesome, and I am a litle chafed and my tongue has callouses.

Besides… you turn them upside down… they all look the same.

i feel like i can lift had my head a little higher now. last night we did some actual squats.

reverse band squats- the way we set up the bands they took approximately 100lbs off the bottom and nothing off the top.

accessory day- been waiting all week to give the kroc rows a go. got 30 reps with the 140’s. grip was definitely the limiting factor. i’ll be sticking with them.

assisted pullups- used a machine that takes weight off your body. i’ll stick to these until i can do my own bodyweight for at least 10 reps.

520x1- kept adding weight until the bar slowed. it never did… i think i’m good for something in the 540-550 range right now. it’s funny how taking my grip in a little bit can make a big difference. the only drawback is that it’s tweaking my shoulder a bit. i’ll keep hitting the accessory work to get my shoulder more well rounded.

elevated deads- conventional- about 5 inches of elevation.

585x3x3- these felt strong but a little slow. i’ve decided that pulls right below the knee are a waste of time (for me). starting at that height puts my lower back on a very vulnerable position. the height i had tonight was low enough to start the movement with my lower body but not so low that i could use momentum to lock it out… if that makes sense.

zercher squats- paused at bottom- these are quickly becoming one of my favorite supplemental movements. i really feel these through my quads. especially around the knee, not to mention the “core”.
