Hope your back heals up quick, keep on truckin.[/quote]

Great thing about reverse band squats is they show much how much, or how little, I can walk out with.

Hey meat, I’ve been reading your log, and I just have to say thanks.

I am new to all of this, and this site and the people posting on it have been an invaluable source of information. I’ve only been lifting about a month now, but I’m hoping with the knowledge I’ve gained here and on this whole site, and with some hard ass work, I can eventually get up there with you guys. So once again, thanks!

Nice work, Meat! Those skull crushers looked painful. Well, everything you do looks painful, but, you know.

That was worth watching for the belly rub alone.

And, now I know why that exercise is named “skull crushers”. Geez.

RAWWWWWW post whore:)

I feel so sorry for the gear deficient…

Meat,

I noticed you use elbow wraps when performing heavy triceps exercises, do you feel these are a must ?

i only use the sleeves on rep sets and tricep movements. i don’t have any elbow issues and i want to keep it that way.

Hey Boss. Nice training, nice belly too… lol!
