squats- going to stick to front squats for my main lift until i’m healed up. i’m just going to keep upping the weight slowing. 405 felt easy with no sharp, shooting pains down my spine. that makes for a good day.

well done. As I noted before when I had the whole bulged disc, pinched nerve front squats were my mainstay for a good while. Your form and stregth is great, nice to watch.

i thought you were the all knowing one on all that is variant:) these be Schwabs. although, i bring them down further and force my elbows towards my toes more.
3rd attempt will most likely be 500. without a good arch, my numbers are a bit lower.

There is a chick bodybuilder at one of the gyms I train at who has pink APT wrist wraps. I decided next time I am forced to be a BOF I am going to borrow them:)
