thanks guys!! i will definitely do my best under the circumstances.

eco- the back hasn’t had any time to heal up yet. I’m taking a course to become a motorcycle instructor. it’s a very intensive course with many 8 hour days. i have three three day weekends of this stuff. it started this past weekend. i spend 4 hours in a little plastic chair and then another 4 hours sitting on a little 250 honda motorcycle. it’s really been aggrevating my lower back. after this weekend i have two more three day weekends of this stuff.
