a little tired going into training today. my forearms are aching from back squatting two weeks in a row. i still got my work done and hit some PR’s. all in all, still a damn good day. skipped the accessory work though.

sumo deadlift- full ROM- set up after every rep

585x5 +2 rep PR on these

next week is the last reverse band session for this cycle. i’m going for 845. i’ll be as happy as a pig in shit if i hit that. then i’m going for 600x5 on the sumos right after.

immidiately after-
405x8 - this tied my best rep set with 405. considering i did it after all the other shit, i’m pretty happy.

140’s x 14- this set wasn’t a PR but the fact that i videoed it gives me a four video PR:)

140’s x 10- long pause on every rep

very happy with this training cycle

thanks guys!! i’m finally edging over the top into real weight PR’s. it’s taken awhile but i’m finally back to where i was before the injuries. bench, specifically, is feeling stronger than ever.
