last one-

while i was taking thes pics off my camera, i found a couple from when i tore my oblique deadlifting a year or so ago. this pic was taken the day after. it was really pretty after about three days.
enjoy-
Sweeet bike!! That sounds like an awesome trip… full tank of gas, money in the pocket and just go… I like how the oblique matches your bike, almost.
Training is looking awesome brother!
Holy shit man… I just saw the last page and before reading I saw a motorcycle and that oblique pic… thought you laid it down or something.
That is one hell of a tear… got any of the groin shots? lol
Nice ride, nice trip.
Meat, you’re a total bamf.

yeah… i’ve had some good ones. the adductor tear was definitely the worst. that one bled out for at least three days. the blood actually pooled into my feet. how did you tear yours?
got a wild hair up my ass today. i went to lowes and bought the lumber i’ll need to frame up a bedroom in my basement. i put a movie room in a couple summers ago. last summer i put in a full bath and laundry room. now that i’m done with work for the summer, i need a project to keep me busy. once i get the bedroom done, i won’t have any reason to leave the basement. the summers here in Virginia get pretty damn hot and humid. my basement is totally under ground so it’s a good 10 degrees cooler. i get tired of watching movies and then passing out on the couch. a nice king sized bed would be nice.
Sweet bike dude!!! The oblique tear, not so much… ![]()

yeah… a broken clavicle is bad. my dad tells a story about how he was playing baseball as a kid. he was playing home and this kid went head first as he slid. the kids helmet hit him square in the collarbone. he said that it sounded like a shotgun when it snapped.
he was taken to the hospital. they set the collar bone and sent him home. he was laying on the couch when his older brother came home. his brother didn’t know that he had broken his collar bone a few hours earlier. his brother crept into the room and jumped on my sleeping father. my father jumped from being startled and the collar bone popped out from where it was set. he didn’t go back to have it reset. the bone sits on top of one another.
that’s cool as shit.

Holding a guy by the back of his vest with my right hand in the door of a copter. Swells were huge and the water went out from under him. Pilot rose real qiuck cause of the oncoming wave. I yanked the guy up and in. Must have twisted. Didn’t even hurt til we got back to base.
