Yeah, I use resistance. I think my BF is higher than the calipers said. I just read something by Lyle Mc Donald that said the sites I used aren’t very accurate for women who hold fat over their abs - that’s me. I bet I’m higher than what it said. I’m just going to keep going until I see those abs. It can’t possibly be much longer - I’m running out of places to lose fat from ![]()

Well, I’m on day 16. So far I’ve lost about 15 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. Seems like my progress has slowed the past few days. Hopefully once my T2 shows up, it’ll kick start my body again. Keep it up everyone.
Well day three… not nearly as bad as I thought (thus far). No cravings, headaches, etc (knock on wood). Been hungry on occasion, but thats to be expected. Can’t really see any visible loss, not going to weigh in til Sunday. I ditched the idea of GVT, as I intend on using it to bulk up after this, so I started a strength program. Definitely lacking endurance in the gym. Oh well, I’m confident that this will work.
Hi guys! Glad to see this thread so active lately. FFG, your plan for Mom sounds pretty good. Has she done weight training before? GBC can be intense. I reacted quite well to it while on T-Dawg. However, I still threw in some cardio (even though I hate it, I still respond well to it). I look forward to the day when I won’t need it. Ironbabe, I suspect your BF% is higher than you think. I am using 3 sites and will continue to do so in order to gauge changes. After FF I will switch over to 7 site. Your carb-up experience interests me. I was not planning on doing anything like that until reading your post today. I will weigh-in over the week-end and possibly do a carb meal Sunday night. I will post results then. Take care!
Today is day 33, believe it or not. I was 187, I’m now 162. My goal for this summer is to be 170 with 8-9% fat. I use about 1000 cal / day, and I had occasional real keto meals, but managed to stay under 1200 cal/day. I have still 10 days to go and I can’t wait to stop the insanity. I am still losing bodyfat, my belt is getting looser, but it seems that the fat on my abs and chest is not affected that much. This pisses me off! Maybe it’s the effect of flat muscles. Oh yeah, I cut the MD6 to 3 pills/day because I won’t have enough otherwise, and I’m very HUNGRY!!!
Speaking of T2, has anyone received theirs? Biotest charged my card for my T2 order a few days ago. That usually means the stuff is in the mail. I could use something else to change my fat fast conditions (progress slowing down).
