I searched the forum but couldn’t find the answer.
If I stay on fatfast for longer than 2 weeks should I use the androsol/nan? My plan is to be on it for 42 days. Is it ok do use it that long or what should I cycle. I have Methoxy, Mag10, Tribex, PowerDrive, Surge, ZMA, T2(old) & MD6 at my disposal. Thanks for any help

4-AD can be used for extended periods of time with little to no side effects aside from muscle gain and/or muscle retention. See Cy Wilson’s Never Ending Cycle article here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
For the 42 days you need to be using md6 and t2 at the maximum dosage along with mag-10 for the entire time. I would not use surge during the 42 days. When you come off drop the mag-10 and use methoxy-7 ditch the md6 and get on tribex.
Thanks guys!
Mag10 the whole time?! Damn dude is Biotest giving this stuff away and I don’t know about it. What I’m thinking now is using Androsol for 2 weeks, Methoxy w/Tribex for 2 weeks, & Mag10 for 2 weeks. Can’t get 4AD…I have enough other stuff…or so my wife says…
Your suggestion would probably be ok, but I would not do the Methoxy/Tribex cycle and take a 1/2 dose of MAG-10 for 4 weeks instead after the 2 weeks of 4-AD.
I disagree with not using Surge. Even though it won’t really be Brocks “fat fast” it’ll still be a very strict Keto diet, even with Surge. I’m a firm believer in post workout nutrition, and I do not believe it will slow you fat loss enough to a problem, probably not at all. Additionally, I wouldn’t even factor Surge into your caloric equation. You body will suck it up quite readily if you work out intensely. Even on a keto diet, my feeling is that the positives by far outweigh the negatives. Hope this helps.
