No, but I took three capsules of Vitamin Shoppe’s Fiber Force-6 with each meal that I didn’t eat a salad with (so about three to four times per day).

What does your daily menu look like? Am I right that you have olive oil and salad dressing as meal? I’m just curious as to how you’re doing this. Thanks.

I am on day 2 of the Fat Fast and have a perfect (for me) plan laid out. One that gives me enough to look forward to that I can live with myself. People who haven’t read “Cheater’s Diet” should do so.

Daily intake:

2 shakes of Grow! (morning preworkout and i before bed)
2 shakes of another protein cause its less expensive (I am in college give me a break)

4 tbs of flax oil spread through the day (2 tbs at a time)

6 fish oil capsules (3 at a time spread throughotu the day)

Every other day I give myself a little slab of salmon which replaces 2 tbs of my flax

On workout days P W/o I believe that I will do 3/4 of a serving of Surge with 4g of creatine added

5 MAG-10 legacy a day
4 HOT-ROB Maximum Strength a day
Tried 1 scoop of citrucel (not enough) so ramping up to 2
1 scoop of Veggie Greens stuff
1 multi
500mg Vitamin C

Day 1-7 no carbs except protein shakes
Day 8 nothing but protein
Day 12 1 carb meal (cheater’s diet)
Day 15 protein
Day 16 same
Day Etc until I reach my goal of 10% bf

3 days a week of Fat to Fire
3 days of HIIT sprints in the morning and farmer walk GPP in the evening or jump rope

Day 2 so far, and I have headaches, but am making them go away with high consumption of water.

I am also having 2 green tea bags a day and 2 herb tea bags a day. Helps.

The cheat meal will be 100g of carbs which will be just whole wheat pasta.

This is a good thread though.

I am interested in what people think about implementing the Cheater’s Diet into this Fat Fast.

It will just be once every four day with 100g of carbs and only a “refeed” meal, not an overfeed.

After a week i’ll give stats etc.
