Fat Fast 4.0? Anyone?

Hi Guys, As Planned I could not Start FF yesterday as my stuff got to me only LAst Night.

Ok here we GO>>>> Today is my first day on FF it’s around 3 pm. so far no problem. I don’t see any threat in future too :slight_smile:

Ok, this is what I am doing
Three meals consists of
15ml flax seed oil & 25 grms Protein shake
1 x 3 Xenadrine , One boiled egg, 2x 1 MultiVitamin,

I am not able to getr MD6 :frowning: and I am not using Androsol either( may be I’ll see the first week, and then go for it)

The biggest thing though, I am a regular smoker and quit smoking since yesterday, Never in my life have I felt comfortable quitting smoke as I don’t have any cravings, may be because of all these FF stuff screwed up my taste buds… On the whole I am trying to achieve two goals at one time… So wish me luck and I promise I will keep you posted.

hrh, no problem bud, I’m sure that you’ll return the favor with some useful information later down the road. Just remember a few things, this diet sucks balls, suck it up and stick to it. A line I always think of for inspiration, that I think I read here goes, “Nothing tastes as good as being cut.” Finally, just a little bit out of my personal experience with this diet, today I tried on a pair of jeans that I haven’t worn in a long time. They are a slim cut pair of DKNY’s with a 33 inch waist, keep in mind that 3 weeks ago I was wearing 36 inch waist jeans. In 3 weeks I have lost that much fat and I still have 17" arms. The old ladies at work are getting whiplash, hahaha. Keep it up bud, its well worth the sacrifice.

I am on my 4th day so far so good, not having too much of a problem with cravings or anything, except when you smell a burger or some mexican food :frowning: man it’s hard.
But I guess as you said it’s worth it, I have lost 4 pounds and my friends already noticing a small diffrence he he he…SMOKINNNNNNNNN

Anyway, I have a quick question, seems like my body heat is gone up very high, menas I am getting acne all over my face and I can feel the body always hot and also I got some pimples in my head too… any Ideas why it’s so? Do i need to do to keep my body heat low?

I don’t really have a solid explanation for it, so I’m not going to try to give you one. I did experience something quite similar though and it went away. If you are using MD6 or a similar product, that could be an obvious explanation. I think that feeling went away after about a week for me and every now and then I do get that feeling but not for long. Keep it up, its’ well worth it. Just think about how good food is going to taste when this is all over :slight_smile: By the way, Tuesday is officially 28 days for me, at which time I plan on mutilating the pizza buffet at Double Dave’s. Either that or I might go to Friday that way I can eat some shitty food, drink some beers (I haven’t drank at all while I was on this) and then go on T-Dawg starting that Monday, having either Friday or Saturday be my cheat day. Group, tell me what you think.

Sounds like a plan… but remember to gradually bump your cals up to T-dawg levels to prevent a rebound.

Hope you guys are doing okay. I decided to go an extra two weeks since the FF is pretty easy at this point. Omega3 eggs are great for this diet, since 3 provide a decent amount of EPA/DPA and just about completely match the macronutrient ratios of a protein/flax shake.

Well guys, yesterday I celebrated my first day off of Fat Fast, by having a meal at Wendy’s followed up by some ice cream from Dairy Queen. Afterwards, I went out and got pretty damn wasted, the whole time hearing, “Damn dude, you got fucking skinny” from my friends. Anyways, I plan on running the T-Dawg diet for the next 8 weeks to allow me to come off Fat Fast without any rebound and to lose some more fat. This diet looks great already, I just made an omelette with bacon and had some peanuts for dinner. Keep it up guys, it’s well worth it in the end.

It really inspires me and those who are on this FF plan, it’s day 7 for me and still going strong, although I was bit thrown away from my regular diet this weekend. cause I was on road I had to eat outside, I ate just the chicken from swiss chalet and that’s it. I guess I didn’t break too much.
I have a question to group though, what do you guys do when you are in the office for lunch? I mean how do you take your protein shakes for lunch? any Ideas?? Thanks again to all of you and keep up the stinking bad diet :slight_smile:

For my shakes, I got some 32oz tupperware containers from Walmart and pre-mixed my shakes at home. Any questions/taunting or whatever will cease REAL fast when you start dropping fat like no other. If you do something stupid like forgetting your shake (happened once or twice) or you have to go out to a meal, just order a steak with no sides and no sauce on it, and reduce your protein shake amount accordingly, but make sure to keep up the flax.
