Justin, I don’t think that 75 grams of protein is enough to maintain your muscle level and from what you described, your caloric intake looks to be under 1,000 per day. As for my progress, it’s day 8 and I am going strong. My co-workers have already started noticing that my face looks a lot thinner and I am wearing a pair of jeans right now that used to fit snug, and I can probably take them off without unbuttoning them now. The closest that I have come so far to cheating was having a steak on Saturday, but I didn’t have any sides with it and didn’t have them put any seasonings on it so I think that I am ok. This diet sucks a big one, but it is worth it. By the way, I have my first meal planned, all you can eat pizza buffet at double dave’s. After that I plan to go on T-Dawg for a few weeks to get to my goal of 210lbs and under 10% bf.

Apart from the protein and oil, what other supplements I should take? as I sadi before we can not buy MD6 in canada, anything else should I be taking?

I don’t know if there is anything wrong with a “few” beers on the weekend, but just think about how extreme this diet is, so why put that stress on it. Also, you are trying to hold onto all of your muscle, and your body wants to do exactly the opposite, due to the really low caloric intake. Lowering your testosterone by drinking is not going to help. One other thing, I haven’t drank while on my FF, but my buddy had 6 beers over an entire afternoon out on the boat and he said he just couldn’t recover from it and the only way his body got back to normal was by eating some carbs, which might mess up your fast. My opinion is that this diet sucks big balls, but is very effective. The slight pleasure you might get from a few beers or whatever else you want that isn’t outlined in the diet is NOT worth messing up the diet and all of the sacrifice you have gone through. As for me, its day 10, going strong and looking thin. You gotta love it when coworkers ask you why your face looks thinner.

I mean I am total new to supplements and other stuff, I could use any Menus to be taken with FF Plan. I heard that MD6 is good but we can’t get it here, so any other alternatives you can suggest? by the way I am glad to hear your progress and good luck with your new looks…
Right now I am using Low Carb grow as my protein source and cold pressed flax seed oil that I picked up at my local grocery store. As for a “menu” for fat fast, I have been real strict following what was outlined by Brock Strasser so I haven’t been eating anything else. I did hard boil a bunch of eggs that I eat every now and then for sanity. The only other time that I have cheated at all is when I forgot to bring my shakes to work so I grabbed a hamburger during lunch and scraped everything off of it, just eating the beef patty. As far as supplements go, I am using MD6, which is basically a standard ECA stack with added Yohimbe HCL and an appetite supressant (to the best of my knowledge). If MD6 is illegal by you, I am assuming that other ECA stacks are as well, so I’m not exactly sure what to tell you. I am not using Androsol like Brock did, I am using Winstrol and Equipoise (both steroids) because I was on a mass cycle, but got the flu for a few weeks, so I figured the best way to salvage it would be to run fat fast and I wanted to do it because I put on some fat while I was sick from not eating properly. My buddy did fat fast without steroids, using Androsol and he also had great results. Keep me posted on your progress or drop me a line if you have more questions. Day 10, and still resisting the “But you don’t need to diet” comments.
The main carb source from beer is maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is a totaly no-no on FF.
Starting up a 2-week FF today. My calories are split between 7 scoops AP, 3 tbsp Flax, 15 fish oil, and varying amounts of BCAA’s and glutamine (based on training days). I’ll check in every few days. Any previous results posts would be great.
Hi all, I started my FF yesterday. 175g protein, 90g fat and the only carbs are from the protein shakes and the green salad I will have in the evening just to keep things err regular. No thermos but I am taking M and 7keto. I plan to keep it going 2 weeks.

It’s the beginning of day 14 here and I am still going strong. I am a big Sopranos fan and I just got the 3rd season on DVD and it hurts sometimes to see them eating all of that delicious Italian food. Other than that, I am looking a lot better which is what really keeps me going. Here is a question for the group, somedays, do you not feel like eating much at all? Sometimes I can only get a few shakes down.

Anyway, I am gonna go on FF starting from sep9th that’s when all my stuff reach me.
For those who want to know exactly what I do with it, or those who want to educate me here is my plan.
3 meals a day(1 tblspoon oil+ protein shake)
Androsol once a day
1 boiled egg or 100 grms tuna or salmon
3 times Xenadrine(to replace MD6,I used this before and I get great results,although I am not sure whether it will do job of MD6
)
Multivitamins tablet
So far this the best I came up with after 1st week, I will increase xenadrine 2 tabs 3 times and androsol 2 times a day.
I am planning for 4 weeks and see how I do.

Good luck buddy. I wouldn’t tell people that you know that you are going on this diet, because they won’t understand and will probably harass you about it. Also, I’ll be pretty honest in saying that it’s a bitch and you might not be able to last, so you don’t want to hear from people saying you couldn’t hang (though personally I couldn’t blame you). Anyways, I just got told by a co-worker today that my face looks like it collapsed in basically from the fat loss, hehehehe. Two more weeks to go and then I get on the T-Dawg diet. My buddy had a hard time with T-Dawg, but compared to Fat Fast, it looks like heaven ![]()
Day 7 of FF and I haven’t lost a pound! I don’t know why unless Protein Factory managed to sneak 50G of fat in a tablespoon of oil instead of 15G. I’m using ephedra, yohimbe, and T2. I’m ready to quit if results don’t happen.
You’ve been on the FF diet for 7 days and haven’t lost any weight? Something is wrong…check the total calories that you are consuming…and check to be sure that there are no hidden carbs in what you are eating! You should have seen a big loss the first week, if only mostly water!
Glad to hear that most of us are achieving results…I was doing well until Friday last week. Blew the diet over the weekend and saw on Monday that I had gained most of what I had lost…most likely the water came back after all of the carbs I stupidly ingested. Am back on track again and making progress, again ;-). Expect to be back to last week’s low by tomorrow and must be consistent and keep up the will power. Funny thing is, the carbs I had just didn’t taste as good as before, which I hope I’ll remember the next time I want to binge, not to mention the set back that occurs when I do. I have to say that sometimes eating my full dinner (which isn’t much) is a chore to get it all down and full completely full afterwards. I’ll definitely be on the FF to my b-day in mid-October after this recent set back. BTW, I’m eating real food and not using the protein shake method…this works (if you stick with it and don’t cheat ;-))if anyone is sick of protein shocks morning, noon, and night. Good luck to all!
Hey all, have been on FF for four days now, it’s my first time so it’s tough. I use coffee in the morning and around 4 or 5pm with ephedra before workouts. I consume 5 meals a day mostly chicken or tuna with cheese. Also I have a chicken salad everyday with caesar dressing. For postworkout I have been having three tablespoons of peanut butter and vanilla protein. I have a question though, I have low carb bars but they both have about 17g of glycerine, do I include those as my carb intake or just don’t mind since it has no insulin assistance to metabolize? Also, with the salad lettuce is no concern right? I mean about 6grams with a large serving!! well I need four more pounds to loose! and Im already at 5.0%BF or lower. HOpe to hear from yall soon.
Glycerine apparently doesn’t kick you out of ketosis, but I’d still be careful and only eat those bars as a last resort (out of the house for 8 hours, etc. etc.) The calories in glycerine do count, however.
sounds good thanks bro, I needed that cleared up. What about adding greens to help fill you up? avoid those or stick with them?
A few cups of greens should be fine, since fiber is REAL important.
I am currently on day 20 and I have found that I don’t really need anything to fill me up. The MD6 is taking care of the hunger pangs pretty well. As for fiber, I haven’t taken any fiber supplements, so I have only been crapping about once a week and its nowhere near as impressive in size as it used to be, hahaha. Maybe the fact that I have rather strictly stuck to only protein shakes has reduced the volume of my bowel movements alot? The girlfriend was in town this weekend, so I had some slight deviations from the diet, mostly from going out for dinner, where I would order plain steaks so that I got lots of protein without the carbs. Keep it up guys, it is well worth it, I have lost approximately 3 inches off of my waist. Right now I am sitting at 6’2" 225lbs with a 33 inch waist, with a nice V shape to me and a whole closet of pants that don’t fit anymore.
I’m finishing up day 9 over here… looking noticeably better. It really does get easier after you get past the first few days, provided you have MD6 of course.
