Wanted to get a fat burner but don’t know which to get, I was thinking of HOT-ROX or the lipo 6 from GNC, I also need a protein shake i was thinking of Surge, but can I take that and HOT-ROX ?? can someone help?
HOT-ROX is great fat burner. Is your goal fat loss? Also Surge isnt really a protien shake. It is used post or peri workout. it has a lot more in it then just protein. I would look at Metabolic Drive Low-Carb if fat loss is your goal. Or maybe Grow! Whey.
HRX has been the most muscle sparing fat burner I’ve ever used.

Yes fat loss what i’m looking for but also to get cuts to show, but I do need something si my workout doesn’t go to waste.
What about the diet? That is what is going to get you to the cuts not the HOT-ROX. Try HOT-ROX and a low carb protein.
how about diet in general and an overall plan? HOT-ROX is where it’s at but it’s extreme and maybe only after intial fatloss has stalled meal preparation and an hour or two on sunday’s preping and planning go a long way.
I love HOT-ROX during a fat loss phase. It does help get rid of the stubborn areas and you get a nice energy boost. The trick is to find out what dose works best. I tried doing 2 pills twice a day but got headaches or stomach aches. Now I stick with one pill twice a day and eat something within 30 minutes after taking it.
HOT-ROX plus a low carb diet is the way to go IMO.
I would also add a CLA…one that combines omega 3-6-9. Flameout?

WTF?
There’s no reason for most people to supplement with generic Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids since they get ample quantities through their diets.
There are, however, certain Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, such as GLA, that are good to supplement.
I dont eat fish…so I know for a fact that I need to supplement. Most people do need to supplement…and the combo has other advantages not just for fat loss.

I think what he was saying was that you do not need to EXTRA-supplement omega 6 and 9 (found in poultry, vegetable oils, etc) not 3 (found in fish).

I wouldn’t worry about explaining it since I’m convinced he has reading comprehension issues after his recent posts.
That or he’s completely clueless and tries to give advise when he clearly shouldn’t.

I never recommend against using an Omega-3 supplement.
I’m a regular Flameout user myself.

That’s interesting Stu…were you on a very low calorie diet if you were interested in muscle sparing? Typically ample protein and heavy ass weight will do just fine.
I’m probably going to use HRX for my last 4 weeks of a 12 week cut…until then it’s just diet and exercise. I believe you can make great strides without the help of stimulants/thermogenics if you have a considerable amount of fat to lose solely with diet/exercise.
