Results After Taking HOT-ROX

I was just wondering something about HOT-ROX Extreme for those who use it. I’ve read from other guys posts that it’s really good at getting rid of stubborn fat areas that tend to stay no matter how lean you are. Just curious as to whether there’s a tendency to gain back the fat in these areas once you’re off HOT-ROX even if you continue with a clean diet?

There’s always a chance.

I take the stuff anytime I’m in a fat-loss phase…

having said that, I can’t really say that I “notice” a pronounced effect from it. Historically, I don’t usually feel a whole lot from stimulants…I usually had to take 3 Dymetadrine 25’s back in the nineties to actually feel amp’d up.

However, I can afford it, it has some decent science behind it, and there’s really not much else out there since ephedra got pulled from the shelves so.

I do drop bodyfat, but I mean, I’ve got everything else dialed in diet/training wise so I can’t really tell you that HOT-ROX made the difference for me y’know??

I know…a completely useless review of a Biotest product :frowning:

lol its not so much useless as it is impossible to tell whether its doing it. from what other people have said about it it just sounds like it might push your body into hitting those stubborn fat areas so I was wondering if your body kind of keeps that affect and those areas are now in line with the rest, or if it simply goes back to its stubborn ways.

i’ve cut 2x with HRX

both times between a rigorous workout and a super strict diet; it is f*cking amazing.

It does work. It’s thermo effect is outstanding.

I’ve been taking HOT-ROX Extreme for the past 2 weeks, combined with lifting 4xs a week and cardio 4xs a week (2 days with both, sunday off), coupled with a diet of 2200-2500 calories, 230g protein, Fats ~ 85g, Carbs under 100g/day.

Thus far I’ve lost between 8-9 lbs (I have questions about the accuracy of my bathroom scale, hence the range. Started @ 193, this morning 184). I cannot attribute all of this to HRX on account that before I was taking in roughly 3500 cals to try and add some mass with no cardio, but I can feel the thermogenic effects and appetite suppression from HRX.

I think the value of HRX will become more apparent after the initial weight loss slows to see how it maintains progressive losses after week 3. Will update next Monday for those interested, along with any noticeable changes in strength and output - to try and gauge any muscle loss during the period.

Working for me - was on it for a month and then was off it for a month, definitely noticed the difference, the second month I lost a lot less fat and even lost some muscle.

The reason I went off is because, to be honest, it doesnt give me enough energy. It gives me a short burst but I always end up kind of crashing and feeling semi-tired throughout the day. Not enough caffeine or something, and i really dont want to have any more stimulants like Spike Shotgun since there are warnings all over the damn bottle not too. Perhaps it was the appetite supression and not eating enough - it’s seriously hard to get in more than 2000 calories a day on this stuff.

I’m back on the HOT-ROX now though since it seemed to work so well, and i’m just gonna gut it out until I get down to 9% bf or so…in a month or so i’ll know for sure if it’s the difference-maker.

I haven’t noticed “stubborn” fat going away any easier from HOT-ROX usage at all. Increasing fiber intake and zinc intake seems to help with that more than anything…I’m guessing I’ve got an estrogen issue.

My theory on using it is that Carbolin 19 is supposed to help build muscle at the expense of fat so I’m more using it to try and hold onto muscle than I am to shed fat. I’m also hoping that as the length of my diet increases, HOT-ROX will somehow keep my metabolism from slowing down, or at least postpone that eventual slowdown.

Yeah, forgot to mention that…I have NO appetite whatsoever when using plenty of HOT-ROX

I LOVE HOT-ROX! I think Biotest has me hooked for life.

HRX has definitely helped with the stubborn fat in my lower abdomen, a previously hopeless area. But, mostly I love HRX for the energy I get from it- before taking HRX I needed a daily nap.
