Honestly, my friend, itās just too fat for most of us. We tend to start seeing some co-morbidities when we get to that point (hypertension, elevated lipids, A1C, etc.).

Thereās also:
- too young
- too little experience lifting weights
- too weak
- too lousy diet
- too busy to commit close to 100%
- too many medical problems
