I have been training for over 10 years and was in the best shape of my life about 9 months ago. I then had an accident and had to stop training for 3 months. During that time I was depressed because I couldn’t do what I love doing and I took on a terrible diet. Fucking Idiot I know. Anyway I packed on a shit load of fat and lost a lot of my shape.
I have been training for 4 months solid 4 - 5 days a week. I feel like my strength is getting back to what it was. I am contemplating doing a 14 week cycle of test e and primo with adequate PCT afterwards.
My question here is should I wait another few months to get my BF down or with a really clean diet should I just go for it now?
I should also mention that this would be my third cycle.
First was Test E alone. (loved this)
Second was Test E, Deca & Winny. (Didn’t like the deca and winny sides)
Third will be:
wk 1-14:
600mg Test E per wk
400mg Primo Per wk (might increase this to 500mg)
Wk 3-16:
250iu HCG e3d
wk 16-19:
Nolva 60/40/20
