You must have some elite athletes in India… Seriously, WTF???
This thread keeps on getting better and better.
You dont listen to any advise anyone gives ! You do what ever you feel like ! You follow a program designed for someone with training experience and cant even do a half decent job off that !
Your posts are so ridiculous that they defy common sense and logic ! You bench 50lb and enter powerlifting event !
You are under the impression that your training journal is off importance and has merit, You are so obilvious to the fact that you are being made fun off !
If you were dropped on your head as infant and as a result have a mental/physical illness I apolgize for my comments

cant do it, max flat push ups is about 8-10. No explosive push ups what so ever. i agree bodyweight exercises may be better, but i am too friggin weak!
thanks for the advice though, i will go through it for the prehab part, if any
This was the first training program I ever followed (an earlier version of the one i sent you), when I started I couldn’t do a single pull up and max push ups was 12, “can’t do it” is a good thing, if you found it easy you’d see no results. What I did was just stay on week one until I could almost get through it. Then I followed out the rest of the program.
I was never 30% body fat but I had practically no muscle, following that program changed my life. And it didn’t even have a meal plan! It just had like 4 bullet points on nutrition which I followed to the T and that was all I needed.

event was a powerlifting contest. Got cancelled at the last minuste, so dont ask how much I totaled
Awesome, but didn’t you know that powerlifters don’t need to diet? You’re supossed to eat twinkies and little debbie snack cakes. That’s how all the awesome guys got mad swole. Ronnie Coleman even eats portions of cornbread bigger than your thighs.
And pop tarts…cinnamon and brown sugar only.

Thats true. Can you explain your culture to us? Is a guy who can’t even do 10 push-ups considered strong and powerful? Is giving up after a little pain, part of your culture? Oh sorry, lifting heavy must of screwed up your joints. Those power-lifting meets must be a lot of stress. Please tell me you are a troll!!!

Best comment ive read in a while…
In all seriousness though. He’s not a troll. He just doesn’t belong on THIS forum. Maybe the beginner section, just maybe. To the OP, I haven’t read much of the posts in this thread, but it really is horrible. Its cool and all that your tracking your diet down to the meal, but it looks like the opposite of any diet anyone would ever recomend. I mean youve got a meal that is flat bread, cottage cheese, and potatoes. Very, Very random if you ask me.
If your hindu, bust out the brown rice, beans, quinoa whatever. Read, read, read, the nutrition articles on this site. There is probably about 10 hour+ of reading, and then you will be much better off. And lastly, if you are a beginner, as you are, dont come onto the bodybuilding forum on T-Nation and ask a question like this. People here are dicks, and you will only get flamed endlessly.
Read, as much as possible. Find some authors on here that you like, and read all of their articles. Chad Waterbury, Christian Thibadeu, John Berardi, etc. Just find some that are your style and get to reading. If you need to, buy one of their books.
Thanks dankid
flat bread is made from non refined wheat flour. don’t think much different from brown rice.
ok,
meal 1-12pm- 2 scoops oats and a 4 eggs fried(pre-workout)
meal 2-1.30 pm-1 scoop oats + 1 scoop whey(post workout)
meal 3-4pm-4 medium fillets of fish with some cucumber and tomatoes
meal 4-7pm- 3 egg whites boiled and 2 whole, tomato and cucumber salad
meal 5-10pm-cottage cheese (2 cups) and vegetables (4 cups)
or fish again with some rice and veggies
meal 6-12 am- 500 ml of curd and 1 scoop of whey + 2 cups of boiled vegetables
Everything looks good, just keep it up, and keep learning, and you’ll be good.
