Sleep is 8 hours, but study is 7, hence I feel like a pissed gorrila about to do some damage
ate 4 meals today. was not hungry for two more. kept it clean, almost. had a glass of orange soda. the rest of the day was-
1- milk and whey
2-chicken n veggies
3-whey and almonds and peanuts
4- rice, fish and veggies

I pissed my pants when I read this…
how does it feel to get ur post count one post up? precious, is it not?
Some inprovements. current body fat % is 29.3%. Also, 5x5 is nott helpin with my joints, so I will try something else for training. What do you guys think about Nate Green’s Built for show?

Listen chief…I’m all for your desire to improve yourself. But anyone at your level of bodyfat who is concerned about carrying too much water because they may feel ‘bloated’ or ‘smooth’ is the funniest shit I’ve ever heard.
Eat clean, train hard, and be happy bro…cut some fat before you worry about your water levels.

If its not helping your jonts, have more Fish Oil
Keep bumping it up WAY up.
More Good Fats the better.
had to weigh in for an event.
@ 300, fish oil is expensive, i have mackeral. but hard to get , so i have a medium sized one every week. I probably need more, but cant afford Rs 1600 it takes for the fish oil.

So buy a HUGE bottle of olive oil and a HUGE bottle of Avocado Oil.
Make sure they are DARK bottles should be dark green NOT see through glass or the oil will be rancid.
And buy LOTS of avocados No.1 food for good fats.
I will try with the olive oil, but we dont have avacodos here
Benched 50 lb dumbells for 5 reps for 4 sets nate’s program definately working. Also kept my diet clean. Oats and whey for 3 meals and fisha and rice for 1 plus soome almonds for snack. Officially out of fish oil, will try to get doctor to prescribe it. Also, did i mention that my bf% is 29.4 and I have gained about 800 grams of muscle in the last four weeks?

So if you started at (minimum) 32% and now are at 29.4% you’ve dropped less than 3% bodyfat in 4 weeks? That is very slow for someone starting out at >30%
you keep talking about your weak joints and back problems and so on, go on this program:
http://theabschallenge.ning.com/
That will basically sort you out completely, including a sound meal plan.
I know a lot of T-men won’t like it because it has very few heavy lifts but in reality if you need to loose fat this is the shit. I know a lot of overweight guys start benching before they can do a set of 5 push ups, Come on! I only see weights as the next step after you become too strong for bodyweight training.
P-Jack
cant do it, max flat push ups is about 8-10. No explosive push ups what so ever. i agree bodyweight exercises may be better, but i am too friggin weak!
thanks for the advice though, i will go through it for the prehab part, if any
it seems you can’t do anything that these nice people are recommending you. So why don’t you stick with your current workout and “diet” plan? You are seeing great results (800 GRAMS of muscle. WOW! IN 4 WEEKS WOW!!!) so why change something that is not broken?
You can’t be for real! If you want actual help, post your calories, fat, protein, and carb intake. What you post is useless. It could be anything between 1000 and 5000+ calories.
"was-
1- milk and whey
2-chicken n veggies
3-whey and almonds and peanuts
4- rice, fish and veggies "
1- How much milk did you have? 1 or 2 liters or just a cup? What kind was it 1,2,4 or 5%? How much whey? 1 scoop or 10 scoops?
2- WTF is chicken n veggies? 1 whole chicken and 2 pieces of broccoli?
3- How much almonds and peanuts did you have? 2kg of each?
Oh i wanted to ask, what was the event you had to weight in for?
event was a powerlifting contest. Got cancelled at the last minuste, so dont ask how much I totaled

Awesome, but didn’t you know that powerlifters don’t need to diet? You’re supossed to eat twinkies and little debbie snack cakes. That’s how all the awesome guys got mad swole. Ronnie Coleman even eats portions of cornbread bigger than your thighs.
you cant do more than 10 pushups and you enter a powerlifitng meet?
yeah. college level, so not much of a challenge.
I’m slowly beginning to agree with Prof X.
Dont think my time is in any way usefull to you, so best of luck with it all.
