no-xplode is shit but you still take it because you “already bought it” ? that’s similar to someone saying “im going to eat this whole bowl of chips and not just these 5 chips because I dont want to throw away the rest”…

… so instead of throwing away the bad stuff you ingest it into your own body?

see where im going here? take that no-xplode jar and throw it in the garbage bin just like i did the first two weeks i tried it out. :slight_smile:

nop pictures, but some stats- squated (back) for 225, tripple.
sumo dead- same weight, same reps
front squat- 1rm- 165
benched 150 for 3 reps
bodyweight back to 81, after gaining up till i was 88 kgs (4-5 kg lean mass). diet clean with one meal exception (chinese food)
still eating 5 meald a day , solid ones.
fish oil helps with joints, i take about 10 a day, ultimate nutrition (most cost effective)

cant manage 5 meals daily anymore, lost 1 kg of fat in a month, same amount of muscle. still using fish oil and joints are all good.
due to studies, must take some meals out of plan, eating 3 meals daily now. i get about 100 grams of protein and some veggies. no junk except weekly cheat meal (1). will begin focusing after september
