fuck this, i am not gonna give up. my training is improveing a lot. m using less rest between the sets on the LI lifting days and using more weight on the heavy days, but my report shows no difference in body fat, musclemass or what the fuck ever. i still write down every thing i eat, and i did have one meal with fried rice at lunch which was actually my fault.
Guys, need help. i have decided to stick with the plan, but go harder. i still cant loose fat. Is it even remotely possible that i am eating too little? i dont feel hungry, just get some cravings which i get over within an hour after my scheduled meal. I did post my food intake, right? think anyone can take a look and see weather or not i need to eat less or more? i used a software to track my calories, and it turns out that at those two days, i ate around 1400 Kcal(200 less than my bmr). I am really busy now, but U guys cn try to reply and share ideas and instructions, i might be able to update on a regular basis.
also, after my circuit training is over, i need to sit for 10 minutes to catch my breath and then drink water and not throw up.

I need to keep biceps in the program. Anytime i am using my tri’s i need biceps, otherwise my elbow hurts (it started again)
Also, if the hypers mentioned are the hyperextensions on the floor for the back, isn’t it better to use back extension?
As for supplements, can i keep Whey protein, multivitamin, and calcium?

i did. wus wrong? the whey? i got a call from my tutor about classes, and had to leave in 5 minutes. that was all i had in my bag (i keep stuff for an emergency). i have protein (compleate protein) with every meal. what else is missing? anyways, at 8, i had some cucumbers, and a glass of milk with about a 100 grams of curd.
