That’s funny because the language of government is english, to the experience of several friends who live[d] there.
Hindi is another official language. but the reality here is that you are not even considering any of the advice given by actual vets on here and people who have made the progress you want to make.
You are over thinking and under performing. You have a super complex program without enough of the basics. Then when it come time to really “do” fat loss you end up eating a bunch of snacky shit.
they aren’t flames, they are reality.

please explain what you mean by “basics”. Also, if you feel I am unworthy of your attention, please dont post
It’s really too much bullshit for the mods. I wouldn’t want to do that if i were them. I’d rather bat around with these ball sacks for a post or two than have over-moderation. We do have the ability to just ignore the genius trolls from under bridges far away.

Yeah probably, they do it rather successfully on SFN (Stern Fan Network) but it’s a bit different media compared to here. They also have a few more active mods then here.

Basics = squat, deadlift, press, pull. All you need done for 5 sets of 5 for the first year.
by pull, what do you mean? asfor squat, the factis, i have a weaker lower back, do i try to get my leg workout from sumo deads which also work my back a little more.

I’d say there are enough goos posts that they outweigh the dumb ones. Keeping the RMP forum and shit like that off of the top forum threads. there are ways for me to filter the flying bags of foreskin that are some threads.

horizontal pulling and vertical pulling [aka. rows and chinups]
I’d say you need the squats more than you need the sumo’s. there you are going for unnecessary lifts when you dont even have the “basic” lifts together for decent weight/reps.
i used to squat, but never dead. If you read my schedule on the first page, you willl notice i have a good amount of pulls, both vertical and horizontal.
Well I wont be like all the assholes on here, and i’ll give you some helpful advice.
Find a good nutrition plan on this site, (there are plenty)
TRAIN (dont exercise) 5-7 days per week, weights 3-5 days, cardio 1-3.
Focus on increasing your strength.
There are plenty of articles on here both diet and exercise, you dont need to ask for advice from these assholes. Follow one of these plans, and work on compliance and developing the right habits. Shoot for a 2-3 lb loss per week.

Nice, be sure to take advice from old mate dankid. He’s got illusionary muscles that i cant even see. That shit is real. He’s like a bodybuilding wizard. Oops, I mean he’s said he’s not a bodybuilder so i guess that just leaves wizard. dope.
It’s not that we’re assholes [but it is that we’re assholes, really]. It’s that your rolling up thinking you know the science and telling experienced people that your complex plan is better than their simple plan which they have SEEN work before.
I just think starting at the beginning is the best way to get into the race is all.

Thank you for the advise. Itsjust that i have done that kind of a program and i have developed some muscle imbalances which need to betaken care of. I did use that program with only compound movements, with a 3day split i.e=
day 1- chest, shoulder, triceps.
decline, incline and flat bench for one set each
shoulder press- 2 sets
pulley pushdown- 2-3 sets
day 2- legs
squat, step up, leg curl/ sldl, calf raise
day 3- bent row, pull up, one arm row, shrugs, and back extensions
with some half hearted arm curls thrown in once in a while.

The only imbalance in your body is the 30% BF. Fuck, I hope you’re a troll, because otherwise, you just might be the thickest individual to grace these boards since ChickenTuna.

Seriously. I try not to be all judgmental on here towards people, but c’mon bro…
Supramaximal? PWO? Fat loss Phase? Vastus medialis? Energy systems work?
Look, there’s nothing wrong with reading and being educated, but there is when A) You’re on here giving advice out to people when you have NO RIGHT to, and B) You know all this shit when you’re over 30% bodyfat! What the fuck bro?
This is the definition of what they call analysis paralysis. You’ve read so much shit, you’re confused and spend so much fucking time reading you spend no time actually putting anything into practice.
Get on a sensible, BASIC diet like Berardi’s 7 steps, take a few very simple supplements, mainly food ones, and get your ass on a sensible, BASIC fat loss cardio plan while doing a sensible, BASIC weight training program to get stronger and build muscle. That’s it. Forget everything else you have ever learned. It has done you no good. And stop reading articles on here immediately. [/quote]
Hey, Mike. Are you talking to me?
Good advice. I will do. Tough it is so tempting to be sitting in front of a PC deciding what work out to start.

You have to have muscle to have imbalances. If you just did a regular program you would be fine.
It’s like they are selling computers that have rational thought filters these days.
