since there is some confusion regarding the amount of weight i move, i bench, 150, squat and dead for 205 for 1 rep. obviously i m not the strongest guy in the world. self controll is something i lack. and if any one has noticed, most of my lifts are compound. the reason i do shoulder boxes and circles is for shoulder health and biceps because of a hyper extensive elbow

any ways, meal 2- 3 pm
bowl of chicken, made with minimal oil and some onion and tomatoes. Cucumber and tomato salad with lemon juice, and 2 litres of water.

meal3-
6 pm, bowl of lentil soup with a tomato and some cabbage. unfortunately i also had some snack food, about a small fistfull. along with a litre of water.

Thnx for scrutiny, but next time any one critisizes my program, please the first post and then make specific suggestions.

In our country, we have a bad habit of stabbing cows, breaking their necks and then barbecuing them over charcoal bricks that light without lighter fluid.

They should post limit people. Put them in beginners, GaL, SaMA, PWI, and Supps & Nut. Then when they get enough posts in those (moderate the fuck out of any troll posts) then they can “graduate” into the other forums. Wouldn’t stop all of them, but it would filter some.

You can get beef, though not in all places. Some cities have them, nothing in villages and towns. Here, burgers are made of veggies or chicken, and rarely pork. Didnt understand what you said about my water intake. As for my being fat, it has to do with a lack of physical activity throughout my lifetime. last year, i was 23%. But because of a very bad schedule, and lack of ability to eat properly, combined with my father forcing me to take herbalife shakes with water three times a day for 6 months(i dont think each shake gives anymore than 200 kcal),i might have hav soime kind of rebound. Couple that with the fact that i could not train seriously for 2 months, and that my protein intake was maybe 50-60 grams perday with a very high carb diet for more then a month. But thats all speculation. Its still my fault that i ate a lot.
anyways, the rest of my food intake- 9pm
pre workout- 300ml of milk
during workout-20 grams of whey and one spoon of maltodexterine
post workout(20 mins after workout) 15-20 grams of protein isolate. and a capsule of fishe oil and vitamin C 1 gram

Yeah but if they did that then people would just post like a million one word replies and saturate threads with bullshit. They would also likely go back and post the fuck out of old articles in the middle of the night.

It’s really too much bullshit for the mods. I wouldn’t want to do that if i were them. I’d rather bat around with these ball sacks for a post or two than have over-moderation. We do have the ability to just ignore the genius trolls from under bridges far away.
