I read your article on improving strength and size when strapped for time using EMOM and incorporating 3 exercises. I was wondering if there was a way to build a program using an upper-lower split 3x a week or even a push-pull-legs split 3x a week.
Push:
1st min front squat
2nd min bench press
3rd min overhead press
Pull:
1st min deadlift
2nd min barbell or seated cable row
3rd min high pull
Thoughts on this?
