EMOM for hypertrophy

Hi coach, a found a video of one of your seminars where you advise that you can train for hypertrophy with EMOMs with 3 reps, 8-12 mins (75-85% of 1RM).

I’m really pressed for time. How would you like alternating 2 workouts over 3 days/weeks (ABA, BAB).

A: horizontal push, horizontal pull, squat pattern
B: vertical push, vertical pull, Hinge pattern

Looks like quick and effective, isn’t it?

Maybe a fourth day at home where i do beach work with bands and dumbells.
