Hello Coach,
What would be your opinion on EMOM’s, density work or similar approaches where you keep the weight relatively heavy, reps low (3-5) but overall sets and workout volume high when focusing more on hypertrophy?
The problem I always have is whenever I focus on more traditional bodybuilding style hypertrophy schemes, such as reps of 8’s or 10’s (especially on compound movements), I end up losing strength. I’m also 1B.
