Alexus - No didn’t take any pics. It’s worse than fitness centres, I won’t be able to lift AT ALL!!! because we will be travelling around Europe. Cycling and bodyweight exercises will be all I can do.

Ha ha! I’m well aware that the RSR is 6 weeks long, I just don’t know if I want to put myself through that again.

Bike Ride - 6.5 miles in 33 minutes.

Hot today, wind against me on the way up and behind me on the way down. Hit 40 mph in a couple of places. Still haven’t had a perfectly still day, I suppose that’s down to the height, the higher you go the windier it gets.

A break from training that could extend to a year?

Oh, man. Moving just as you’re making some real progress. 5 set of 10 at 297??? That’s almost Tom Platz level!

I’m sure you’ll think of something, but even if you have to take off all that time, remember the strength comes back fast.

If you want to do more than body weight tokeep things interesting and still keep some strength a kettle bell or two will do the trick. They travel well, if you are using your own vehicle and not taking the train.

Congrats on selling the house brett. I am sure that there will be little hardcore basement gyms that you can use. I have heard that there are upward of 5 real men in continental Europe after all…

Sounds like a good and bad thing. Taking the time off would suck but traveling around Europe would be great fun.
