I tip my hat to all of you, your feats are amazing. I opted for farmer’s walk instead of trap bar, and did not make it nearly as far as I was hoping.
After 3 attempts, I only got 450’ with bodyweight (230#) on the last 2 attempts. But it was the day after heavy yoke walks… and I was hungry… and my left big toe hurt… and it was cloudy so my view of Uranus was obscured… and my daughter left her bike in the front lawn…

Unfortunately haven’t been able to train legs since May. Iliopsoas strain that developed into snapping hip syndrome and now I think it’s just a generalized anterior impingement.
I’m coming after your records/challenges in the spring though, keep bugging me about them so I don’t wuss out
That sounds trrrible man!
Is snapping hip some tendon moving around across the front of your pelvis? How will you fix this hip impingement?
