Lifting 500lbs is my goal. However, I will be using straps. I don’t even need to walk with it, I just want to lift it.
So I fucked up and used 92,5 kgs instead of 87,5 and this was after my DL session (excuses, excuses) but I managed around 175 meters. I think I should be able to do 200
Good work dude! It’s still cold and wet here
Great job man! How long was your “runway”?
Around 1:30
It was more cardio than I anticipated lol! The knurling really took a denting in my fingers. I tried to go fast because I knew my grip would fail first. But actually going that fast with the weight really worked my legs!
130lbs for 425ft/129m
Not quite the Blair Witch video, but I have no idea why he’s trying not to laugh.
That’s awesome!
Bad part is… I had to pack it back…lol
He’s struggling to keep up with you. Good work.
Thanks. I told myself when I picked it up to move it, move it! He was trying really hard to keep the camera steady,
Because doing FWs with a trap bar makes you look like robot with a load in its pants. But that was damn awesome right there.
My gym has this but there’s no display for distance.

I honestly don’t know what the hell I am looking at lol.
It’s a farmer’s carry machine. You adjust the resistance of the belt and add weight to the handles. The resistance is tricky - too much and it’s not challenging; too little and you’re trying not to fall off the back of the thing.
You can also grab the front and do sprints to simulate a sled push.
Now you have a good idea where, approximately, to park the vehicle next time.
Next time I want to make it all the way aroumd the tree!
That is a tree, isn’t it?
You’ll get it. The first shot is the hardest. Now you have a clear understanding of all the what’s, where’s when’s why’s and how’s you’ll know what to do to beat your previous.
My traps hurt…
Bit over 650ft (I think). Felt really light after doing farmers, wish I didn’t have to slow down for so many turns
That was a lot of turns!
At the pace I was moving I don’t think 800+ feet is unreasonable if it’s a straight shot. May have to buy a measuring wheel and go down the sidewalk by the gym sometime…
