FA3: The New Fatty Acid Kid on the Block

I can set up the experiment but I’ll trust that me getting a heated response everytime I take 3 or more (didn’t get it with 2) that it is a legitimate response. I’m not actively thinking about it when it happens, I just notice I’m on fire and think oh.

Being able to keep these in my weekly pill container (unrefrigerated) may actually remind me to take my Flameout. Always forgetting to take the damn things.

neelydan’s en fuego when taking this stuff.

I’v been taking this for about a week now and I can tell you that this is gonna be one of my main staples. In the past,I couldn’t do low carb for more than a few days because my energy levels got so low and the mental fog killed me at my stressful sales job.

Since I’ve been taking this,I’ve been low carb for almost a week now with almost no loss of energy and the mental fog is still there a little bit,but its no different from when I go on a reduced calorie diet.Plus all the other good for my body stuff it does and no needing to buy 40 different EFA at the grocery anymore.

I decided to give FA3 a shot and picked up a bottle with my order last week. After taking the stuff for 3 days now I have noticed one thing, heart burn that starts about 45 min after I take FA3 and lasts for about 2 hours from that time, it isn’t bad painful, just annoying.

The FA3 is being stacked with Flameout, BCAA, multi vit(7 days/wk), HOT-ROX(6 days/wk, mon-sat).

I have been taking FA3 for about two weeks now and I have noticed a boost in energy, and, like others have mentiond, I am burning up. I am sweating all the time like I just popped a couple of HOT-ROX! I am also taking 2 to 3 Flameout a day.

Hey TC-
Would this be a good supplement for my ten year daughter and my 13 year old son?

As one of the authors said in this thread this product, FA3, is now a sibling to my other long life and good health supplements, Flameout, REZ-V, and Superfood. Here’s to another thirty plus years of high activity both mental and physical!

D

I just received my FA3. I will report back as to what I notice. I am currently on a low carb diet before going to Cancun in a month. At least I will know I am getting all my EFA’s with Flameout and FA3.

three days on…and i feel the heating effect. This and Flameout are a good healthy stack and leaning stack in my opinion.

What is the 1 acid thats making people burn up.

I am pretty sure it’s the lauric acid.

Hello all,

I am relatively new to this site and I have a question about Flameout and FA3. I was recently given a prescription of Lovaza as an EFA. My Health Insurance has changed an it is no longer covered. It's very expensive over 100.00. Can Flameout and FA3 combined be better then Lovaza?

Here are the stats:
4 Caps a day
Each cap contains 1 gram of Omega 3 ethyl ester liquid concentrate consisting of at least 900mg omega 3 ethyl esters.

What exactly is ethyl ester?

Thank you to whomever responds.

In this case, it’s an inferior form of fish oil. The triglyceride form seems to be better tolerated and more easily digested.

I don’t know the potency of the product you’ve been using, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Flameout alone were stronger.

The combination of Flameout and FA3 are likely far superior.

Thank you very much for your response. If by potency you mean:
Each capsule has:
EPA ethyl ester: 465mg
DHA ehtyl ester: 375mg

I believe Flameout is actually more potent and cost effective than any of the prescription n-3 oils… Give it a try and you’ll never look back IMHO…

I could feel a sweating warm effect on my first dose of 3 pills. Maybe it was just a small placebo but It kept me warmer since I went to an outside gun range in 32 degree weather an hour after taking it.

Only non-stimulant supplement I’ve ever taken for a week and actually felt made me feel all-around better and higher energy…

That’s all I have to say about that.

TC,

I’ve been taking 4 caps of the Flameout now for a while. Dosing on FA3 is 8 per day. I am taking twice as much FA3 as Flameout. Just want to make sure this ratio is correct? Didn’t want to have any imbalances. FYI, I am about 255 lbs., around maybe 15% bodyfat or so.

I just wanted to second the good comments regarding Flameout. Had bloodwork done a bit ago and while the bad LDL was borderline high (137 for a 130-159 borderline high range) my good HDL was a whopping 79 (good is > 50). That is due to Flameout as my main oil source. The Doc was so impressed she asked me how I got it that high, as most men my age she’s seen have HDL below 40.

I showed her the site here and Flameout and she was impressed (not so impressed with the pics of the women at the bottom of the main page, but hey…).

I haven’t ordered FA3 yet, but will in my next order.

So, to you Biotest guys – Good going!

I love when Biotest puts out a new supplement that I can get behind. I find myself coming back again and again to this site and I welcome any opportunity I have to support it buy buying the associated products.

A lot of people forget that this is a BUSINESS first and foremost and that the entire publishing side is a very happy side effect that we are fortunate to have.

So many people on the forums bash TMuscle for “pushing” supplements and I don’t understand what they are thinking.

I think they do such a great job of talking about them in the articles as almost every article I’ve ever read on this site has offered me something of value that had nothing to do with the supplement line.

FA3 will join the other bottles on my kitchen counter.
