Biotest - Any problem taking this at the same time as HOT-ROX?

FA3 can be taken with any other Biotest supplement.

The pills in my bottles of FA3 have seem to solidified during transport of my order. Does this affect quality?

I think that is the coconut oil portion of them, as it is a solid at room temp. Should be fine.

Does FA3 need to be refrigerated?

How about Flameout, by the way? Will it go bad if I don’t refrigerate it?

No.

Flameout doesn’t need to be refrigerated as long as it’s used rapidly once opened and stored in a cool, dry area.

For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended.

for someone looking to save a bit of money, is there a recommended ratio of Flameout to FA3? i can obviously afford to take more FA3 than Flameout, but i wasn’t sure if it would be more optimal to take, for example, 4 Flameouts and 2 FA3 in a day as opposed to 2 Flameout and 5 or 6 FA3, which would cost about the same.

I didn’t notice any burning effects or atleast sweeting perfusly (how is that word spelled?) I’ve been taking 2 Flameout caps with 3 FA3’s 3 times a day spread with meals… I may have notice a slight temperature increase but i eat nuts, drink spike, and am generally hot as it is. I got this to help meet the needs of fatloss. I went and got some concnut oil and do cook with olive oil quite often at lower temps. as most of you probably do. Other sources of GLA???

I usually notice almost immediate effects (2-3days) on skin complexion with O3’s. Same with FA3. However, the greatest thing for me with FA3 is I’ve noticed my GERD improve within the same time span! Wow! Dunno if I had a fatty acid imbalance and maybe mast cells were overproducing histamine or something along those lines but this stuff works better for my GERD than Nexium.

I’ve had REALLY bad GERD for about 18mo’s. Even had abnormalities in my gut but nothing serious luckily. I just found a new staple in my diet. And before anyone says to just stop overeating I don’t. I’m 5’10" 165-170lbs.

Stomach acid and digestive enzyme production decline with age - more in some than others.

Just a guess…you are around 35 yrs old?

How is it possible that one serving of FA3 has 2.4g fat, yet a combined 3.5g of those four fatty acids?

I don’t know the answer to that. It is an interesting question for sure.

My best guess on the answer is that FDA required methods are sometimes strange when it comes to how grams and calories are counted. For example, amino acids don’t count towards calories, even though they in fact contribute 4 calories per gram. They also don’t count as protein.

So for example this is why Surge Recovery has a label value of 31 grams of Biotest Whey Hydrolysate LP2 (whey protein hydrolysate, leucine, and phenylalanine) but can claim only 26 g as protein; or why Spike Shotgun has zero calories though it contains acetyl-L-tyrosine and this in fact contributes calories.

So I am guessing that, as some of the formulation is fatty acids instead of triglycerides (fats) the total fat comes to a lower gram value than the total of the fatty acids, which would include both fatty acids provided as such and fatty acids contained within triglycerides.

so if you are taking Flameout plus FA3 you dont need anymore fat what so ever? taht will cover all your needs?

what about the “get 30% of calories from fat” rule?

Flameout and FA3 will cover the fats that people usually don’t get enough of from their regular diets. Steak is still advised.

Quick question:

Is it worth getting FA3 if you’re only going to take about 2-3 a day?
