I have a college football player who is having a lot of low back pain during running and position work activities. The one major issue I see with his running mechanics are his foot contact to the ground when performing any running work.
Instead of contacting the ground with his foot facing forward, heal to toe pointing in front of him, his feet strike the ground facing at a 45 outward. Where is the major weakness thats contributing to this and whats the best place to start fixing the problem? thanks
