I was just wondering if anyone has any routines to put on size in your external anal sphincter. I have been working out for about three months and am up to around 245 lbs. I have been doing a little power dumping in my routine, but have been disappointed in the overall results. Has anyone incorporated power poopy squats, toilet thrusting or powerload dump checks into their routine with any luck?

While the kids are still easing their way out of car and into the pool, shut the door and let them wait a minute. Then let some more out, and then hold it. Repeat until failure or whenever all the kids are out. Don’t be afraid to dig in there and toss out any that want to stick around for the ride home.
