Exercises That Make You Aggressive

I noticed that whenever I do deadlifts I become very aggressive and full of energy, despite how much weight I’m struggling to get up.

Other exercises just don’t do it for me. Squats make me a bit aggressive, but I’m always glad to be done with the set. MY mindset on squats is very different. Instead of wanting to do them, I want to finish doing them. I still do them in perfect form and as much as I can, but i just don’t get that feeling.

Deadlifts once I get the bar up I have the urge to scream, and I do.

Once the bar is down, I feel like going up to some big juicer and kicking his ass. Problem is, i’d probaly get my ass kicked.

What exercises would you guys say make you most aggressive, if any?

infant tossing.

You’re nearly always first to the punch with this one… keep up the good fight!!

(note to ZEB - put a sign next to the squat racks (plural) in your gym reading “curl and die”).

Kicking the ass of guys who scream when they deadlift.

I dont know about aggresive, but I get a good pump doing dips, not sure why, I just love doing dips =)

Dude - you try doing triceps kickbacks with 15lb dumbells. It makes me feel ferocious.

i dont know if this counts but after doing squats and deadlifts i have better sex and last longer… it may be all in my head but i always notice a diff

Kicking my ass ain’t cool!

The better sex you have after those exercises may be attributed to your boost in test, dht, and r2d2.
