Hey guys, I’ve been bodybuilding for awhile now, but I need a few suggestions on good exercises to build my calves, hams, and quads. If some people could give me a few ideas on exercises and how many of that exercise to do, I’d really appriciate it.

No offense, but you aren’t that experienced if you can’t figure out what exercises will strength and grow your “calves, hams, and quads.”
SQUATS…
stiff legged deads
leg curls
calf raises of whatever variety
etc.
etc.
etc.[/quote]
I was accualy just kind of hoping I could get more opinions on what the best are

um, yeah, squats. No real argument there, the best exercise for legs is squats.
Are you maybe asking what the best exercises are to do after squats?
Or for some different variations of squats?
Yeah, you’re gonna need to be a little more specific.
As far as what the “best” are, that’s always gonna be dependent on the individual doing them. You’ll probably get a lot of common responses (most people will say BB back squat for quads, and RDL for hammies), but each individual will actually respond best to different exercises.
Tom Platz got ginormous quads from doing BB back squats, Dorian Yates said that he didn’t get much out of BB back squats and instead preferred to leg press.
Then you have things to consider like saftey, past injuries, equipment available, form, experience, etc…
