Exercise Explaination?

Hey, hopefully someone can help me out here. I am attempting to add this quickness program into WS4SB. http://www.nsca-lift.org/Perform/articles/04056.pdf

I am not sure about this exercise, however. It is the 45 degree skater barrier bounds. Here is the explanation of it from the article: "Setup ten barriers at 90-degree angle to one another. From a stationary position, push off of one foot at a 45-degree angle to clear the first barrier. Land on the opposite foot, absorb the landing, then immediately push off of your foot at a 45-degree angle to clear the next barrier. "

I understand everything except how to setup the barriers. Can someone please explain it to me?

Black lines are barriers, direction of movement is red arrow. It is much like a skating motion would be.

awesome thank you.
