yes!!
You know, I really need to add something else. I like the fact that in order to learn anything from T-Mag, I have to read, study, think, try, sometimes over and over again and when I eventually get something down, it’s a nice feeling because I know I’ve earned it. I don’t like to be spoon fed. I don’t like anything that’s easy. If I want to know something, I investigate and work my ass off to figure it out.
Think about how you’ve learned many of the exercises you’ve picked up here. You read about it, saw a picture or two showing it and then you got to work trying to understand the muscles involved, where it might fit into your workout, how you can improve it, change it, refine it etc etc. When you see a picture of an exercise and you have to say “what muscle(s) is that working” you’re not ready to lift.
I like pictures in my Playboy magazines.
