Exercise Description and Demo Area

I think it would be a good idea, and would cut down on some of the repetitive questions on the forum asking what is “this” exercise, and how do you do it.

YES!

Yes, excellent idea

Good idea.

Newbies and vets could both benefit.

I vote YES!!!

Good idea, one possible hassle could be different styles of the same exercise eg Deads, King v Tate, same with bench, squats etc, but knowinfg the team here they will figure out a way around that.

Yes, this is a Very Good Idea.

(And props to Mufasa for starting the thread.)

I second the motion.

It’s a good idea. Would take a while to put together, though.

A big yes and a great idea. Just because we have been lifting for a while doesn’t mean that we have done every exercise. Sometimes searching takes too long.

Yes, but it would have to work better than the forum currently does.

Yes! It’ll save me the job of doing it all myself on my harddrive (Huge pain in the ass really!)

YES, I’d like to be able to learn and do a larger # of exersises - variety is key

uhmm YES

YES! and please use porn stars (e.g., Jenna Jameson, Dasha, etc.) to model the exercises, in as minimal clothing as legally allowed.

Okay, just do what you can as long as we can see how the exercises are performed.

Yes. There are some excercises that I have a hard time doing and I wonder about the correct form, this type of forum would help out greatly.

yup

yes

Yes!

In faith,
Matt

If you’ve been lifting for a while and studying hard, you learn these things. Olympic lifts are tought to learn, but that’s why we have CT to ask. Powerlifting, we have great sources for that, too bother here and the other obvious sources. Basic lifts, you have to use your noggin and think it through and put it together. Pictures and descriptions have never helped me much because I find I end up trying to replicate what someone else is doing without really thinking the exercise through. Trial and error gets it for me and there is no subsitute.
