Seems almost like you’re spending as much time on mobility as training.

I spend about 25 minutes on warm-up mobility stuff and 40-45 lifting… so yeah its actually pretty close. Cav I had a fair amount of injuries growing up either doing stupid things, crashing motorcyles and just from sports so I’m a high mileage body which has begun adding up to point where if I don’t do consistent work with mobility I end up hurt or generally just feeling like crap.

Yeah, good idea for us geezers. I didn’t do anything sportswise when I was young, but got my share of injuries lifting. You wouldn’t believe all the sprains I got in just one year at Matt’s place - they believe in piling on the weight until something breaks.

Have to say I do much more time doing mobility work than lifting weights and it’s worth it.

Mobility work is fun! I should probably do anti-mobility work since I have too much play in my joints.

How did the lacrosse turn out? My son wants to play that next year.

With the weights you move GV that comes as no surprise! And at nearly 54 I decided to take a long term view and my desire to stay active until the end and the mobility stuff makes me feel like I can.

Snap my daughters team lost in the opening round of the NCAA tourney. They had a great year it was their first time at the big dance and they gave a good account of themselves despite being doubled up on the score board.

I don’t know what your son is like but lax is an awesome game and if your son goes to Columbine, Plitnick runs a very solid program. Hopefully, he takes it up and enjoy himself… tell your boy to head over to the Vail shootout this summer and watch the level of play even by the OldGoats! he might even catch a cameo appearance by my son.

Had Prostate biopsy last week, found out yesterday aliens have taken up residency …wed go to urologist to develop battle plan. Game on ! Peace

Solid work in here as always OG.
Best wishes on the battle plan. For some reason Aliens prefer the prostate and we all get them sooner or later. Best to catch it early. My turn for a checkup soon.

Damn prostates. But this so common that catching and fixing it is routine today.

My youngest is playing lax this year. He loves it. Says he wants to stop playing hockey and stick with lax.

Training never fails to impress OG>

Thanks OP and Steve

Ncie work, I really need to fit hip thrusters into my programing somewhere.

Do you do the hip thrusters off a bench? Thant’s good weight.
