Bunch of hammer strength machines no weight high rep just seeing where my shoulder is at and getting some rehab reps
do not read this post t will make your eyes bleed…
I used to love hitting the hammer strength machines for a little fun work in the gym when I was finished lifting but now all I have is my lowly garage gym free weights.

incline Paused BP bar 2x20, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x2 going to see how the shoulder feels in the AM…I suspect tender.

Incline BP tend to irritate my shoulder in a big way. Had to stop doing them, but wish I could.
You are a machine goat. Do you ever take a day off lifting?
OP-Thanks brother and thanks for checking in… I don’t take as many days off as I should… The reality is I’m stubborn and don’t want to admit that as I approach 54 my recovery ability taint what it used to be…

tried one arm chin up, can do it if I hold or brace my wrist but can only get half a rep with no support…something to work on
Chin ups 3,3,3,5,4,3,4,3…did these swinging my hips and legs in a circle…interesting torque effect…
Storm moving in overnight through tomorrow midday so I did some stuff anticipating the gym not being open til the afternoon and by then I’ll be on bar stool !
