Going to blitz legs for 2 4week cycles which will give my shoulder a break…so 3x times a week lower 1 arm day…Then I am going to lift using your rolling 5/3/1 and focus on conditioning work 2x times week to get ready for senior games this summer. As a lifelong Celtics fan I feel your pain. Excellent work in here, I especially like things like"running on a treadmill wearing a 36 lb vest", they make me glad to be afraid of challenging myself with things like adding extra weight (as if I am not fat enough) and…running, which I haven’t done in 7 years.
