The salt mine is an ugly place these days for your truly. I’m responsible for the P&L and with the govt turmoil and lack of DOD funding…I’m going to be looking at a lot of L in 2014…in turn lots of BOD questions, bright lights, water dripping on my head, the usual!

Cav- I really list them because this year I am tracking the lbs I lift and the miles of cardio I do…I wanted to see what the numbers look like at year end…

OP thanks for your support…I feel like the year of LRB 365 is paying off and things are coming together. I’m in better shape than a year ago and I’m stronger…and of course much better looking and absolutely more sexy than before ( sarcasm )!!
