last nine months…still hate squats!
lifts are going ok moving up in baby steps…using a lot stuff from Paul Carter over at lift-run-bang.com added 10lbs to my incline and 15lbs to my beloved squats over a 9 week period…
Nice Pressing, OG. I haven’t been pressing much either and I am now starting to think that’s a mistake. I think I’ll take you que and move them back in next cycle.
CGBP 155x5, 185x4, 205x3, 225x2, 240x1, 250x1, 260x1 225x8 (+1PR) left 1 or 2 in the tank…reps through the double at 225 were paused… I will get to 10 reps @225 by Feb.

8x100yrd HAJ’s ( highly accelerated jogs)… I trademarked it, it sweeping the web…
45 seconds rest between HAJ’s…I do these barefoot on the turf football field…

I was going to say that I need some of your cardio work. So, could you do a little extra for me…
I think I am getting enough from football practice, though. I never anticipated that I would be getting in and out of a stance 50 times a practice, doing the agility drills (to show them how) and constantly bouncing all over the place coaching. I have been sore from it…lol.
Strick- liitle kid football for the win! I loved those days now my kids are in college, don’t listen, and believe I am the worlds first walking talking ATM!
