lifts are going ok moving up in baby steps…using a lot stuff from Paul Carter over at lift-run-bang.com added 10lbs to my incline and 15lbs to my beloved squats over a 9 week period…

Sumo from mid shin 185x5, 225x4, 245x3, 265x2, 285x1, 305x1, 315x1 the singles done with 20 sec hold. First time pulling from mid shin in a dogs age…

Snatch Grip Deads worked up to a single at 245…not a lotta weight here but I felt really good about these form wise…

no belt or straps n either pulling.

Steve, yes I am! its been good, other than the conditioning phase, although that was probably the best thing I could have done for myself.

I was going to say that I need some of your cardio work. So, could you do a little extra for me…
I think I am getting enough from football practice, though. I never anticipated that I would be getting in and out of a stance 50 times a practice, doing the agility drills (to show them how) and constantly bouncing all over the place coaching. I have been sore from it…lol.

Strick- liitle kid football for the win! I loved those days now my kids are in college, don’t listen, and believe I am the worlds first walking talking ATM!
