Evidence that you all are right

So, because of circumstances somewhat out of my control, I have been literally broke for 2 weeks. I mean, like $0.

And stuck without any food.

So, I have been “forced” to pretty much eat nothing or close to nothing. I’ve been working 80 hours per week, so time just slips by without a meal.

Anyhow, I figured it out that I’ve been taking in about 1000 kc per day at 200 lb.

The results?!

I lost 7 lb and look exactly the same.

Translated?

I just sacrificed probably 5 lb of muscle and 2 lb of fat.

A lesson. Eat.

That’ll do it every time.

Hey Shugs how about a couple of complimentary tubs of GROW! for our starving friend here! Come on people help this guy out. I’ll throw in a large double bacon cheesburger pizza from dominos.

Just PM me your address and the time you will be home and the number for your local pizza joint.

Always there to lend a helping hand.

Not only are you working at Diesel, but now you’re eating like a model too.

Don’t worry buddy; we’ve all been there.

Haha, thanks KraigY.

This whole experience has been really kind of interesting.

So, this is the first time I have literally not had a cent to my name.

I don’t borrow money from folks, so that was out of the question.

The only real negative aspect is the food thing.

So, my entire mentality has been different these past couple weeks. Literally, if I see a source for food, I will eat it no matter what it is. Since I have no idea when the next time I’ll be able to eat is, I just load up.

Survival instincts are strange. I know I could live for a good long time off of my body mass, but my mind tells me to shovel down as much as possible every time I see it.

Hey i’ve done that before, although I was in college at the time and just couldnt stand eating the dorm food anymore. I subsisted on small quantities of oat bran cereal and some rabbit food (lettuce and such).

Ugly thing that catabolism.
