I think every new powerlifter should read this article. Im not a new powerlifter but i enjoyed it. I think some of the newer guys can read this and weed out some bull shit early on in their training.
Good article. Best advice given is to stick to the 3 main lifts/program your on takes years to get past plateaus or to add weight, no magic solutions just keep grinding day in and out. Thats why I never got pl shoes, belts chains ect, if you can stick to your training and plan to progress with it you can accomplish it without accessory shit.
