Ever Had an Affair Outside Marriage?

No one can believe you consider yourself an authority on anything despite the fact that you constantly talk as though you are.

Time for a callout thread 1v1 Mr. Walkway bench press contest go

yep.

and I think most of you would also. Would I have an affair or a girl on the side for sexy time? nah - I aint smart enough to keep two wimmenz strung along.

I spend too much time out of my life devoting it to fitness and an ideal body to put up with it.

but life is toooooooo fucking short to have a lump of a lardass lazy ass wife. I’d take the kids too.

(awaits e-thrashing)
This is possibly the best post of this thread.

Let me use the most generic excuse in the world for breaking it off with an obese chick;

If you dont love yourself enough to take care of your body, how the fuck are you gonna love me?

And its totally true.

youre also spot on about the lifestyle aspect of it Edgy, why would you want to continue to be with someone who’s lifestyle is so drastically opposite of your own?

A lot of the time extreme fatties can drop pounds in a hurry with very basic diet manipulation.

This woman swapped 10 cans of soda for 8 glasses of water.

Dont encourage him,

he is old

he will talk about old things for hours

mostly about his aches and pains
aeyogi wrote:
Have you usd DNP? I have read about it, seems effective but risky; are the dangers overstated?
DNP is a PESTICIDE and banned since 1938, when the FDA was screwing around with marginally-dangerous drugs, but the ones that really tended to kill people.

If you’re going to use crap like that, use phentermine. It’s basically an amphetamine and not without its risks (was part of the phen-fen combo), but its 99.99% safer than DNP. Much larger room for dosage error.

What does that say about you? Maybe she got fat because she has to work 40+ hours a week to support YOU and your kids, did you think of that?
how does working 40+ hours a week make someone fat? logic says it would do the opposite…

any defense of fat people is laughable… they aren’t fat because they are stressed… they aren’t fat because they feel bad about themselves…

they are fat because they shovel loads of shit down their gullets every meal of every day and don’t exercise… this is science people… calories in > calories out = weight gain.
As a former Fat guy and friends with depression. Yes its calories in and calories out, however

its never an easy fix.
what’s so hard about eating right and exercising? this is what is wrong with you fat people lol… you are shoulder-deep in denial.

you overcomplicate the issue so much that it seems like it’s impossible to overcome… so you give up, but pat yourself on the back for trying and treat yourself to some cinnabuns
I have to agree with this.

The hardest part is the first few weeks. You have to figure out what to buy, how to prepare it, how to time it, your body takes time to adjust to the changes and then…its completely routine. It becomes mechanical. Its just another part of your life, like going to work or school everyday. Its ridiculously simple.

You make time to eat every day right? Well now you’re just eating different things. If you are too picky of an eater to stomach healthy food, grow up.

Outside of medical issues, theres really no excuse for not being able to shed some lbs, especially a chick at 300, she could melt back down to 210 in (relatively) no time with proper diet.
For most people, changing ingrained habits, particularly ones that mimic addictive behavior, is one of the hardest things on earth to achieve. It is that much harder for those not equipped with the knowledge of how to correctly approach the situation. To act as if it’s just as simple as “sticking with it” for a long enough time is evidence you are one of those lucky enough not to have had to deal with repeated failures and the feeling of despair and self-hatred that accompanies it. Good for you, but for people who have had to overcome addictions and deeply ingrained destructive habits, your advice is unhelpful at best, and at worst, just makes things worse.
Dude, i have gotten so overwhelmed at times with shit going on in my day-to-day and then on top of that, constant failures and set-backs/injuries with my training over the last 5 years that ive wanted to be able to let myself give up so bad. But i didnt. I learned from all those experiences. And i didnt ask anyone else for help, and no one offered it. I did it 100% on my own, and im improving constantly now.

It IS as simple as making yourself do it. Thats how habits are created. It sucks sometimes and you may fail, but any failure you come back from is only helping to create your success. When you fail and dont try again, or dont even try in the first place, thats the only time its negative.

Every failure should be a lesson and a character building experience, and is therefor not a failure at all. OP’s wife obviously cant get with this mindset, along with millions of other disgustingly out of shape people.

If i sympathize with anyone here, its OP.

This whole thread is a classic example of if you are going to ask a question of people you do not know at least give them all the information they would need to have in order to give any kind of quality advice. The way he stated his original question there was so much left to the imagination how could any give any kind of quality advice except “cheating is not the answer”.

And now the whole thing has tumbled into people argueing of what drugs to give her with out any sort of knowledge of her medical history. That is not to say the drugs wouldnt work, but how do we know without more information. OP needs to fill in the gaps here.

And ill never understand the “im depressed, im gonna stuff my face with candy and cake, that’ll show me” attitude. How is depression a valid excuse for eating like shit? when im upset, the last thing i think is “i bet a fuckin bag of fun size snickers is what i need right now.”
I don’t mean this to be rude, but rather informative…
It’s because you don’t understand depression.

Depression can take over and run your life, and it’s not as simple as just “snapping out of it”.

Part of the reason it is so stigmatized is because people think it just akin to being upset or sad, and it can be conquered easily with a small amount of willpower.

Being upset should never be confused with depression.
Yes. Exactly.

Part of the reason I spend so much time in threads where people are asking for help changing a behavior or freeing themselves from an addiction is because there will always be the crowd of posters who are wholly unqualified to give advice but just can’t help themselves from doing so. If it were so simple as to just buck up and use will power, we would hardly ever hear about these problems in the first place.

As if all that self-hatred, the absolute, dismal hopelessness, the constant misery and round-the-clock negative self-awareness, reinforced at every turn by a media and culture that celebrates, youth, beauty, health and thinness, were all not enough to motivate people to, like, you know, just stop eating all that ice cream.
The problem with the internet is there’s never any shortage of shitty advice from unqualified strangers thanks to the anonymity. Everyone is an omniscient expert on issues that are always black and white.

You seem to have the rare ability to walk above the garbage without sinking in, so I applaud that.
