1. Business
 2. The Brick House - Best gym, ever, i.e. there is a chalice of chalk in the middle of the free weight room!
 3. Pawley’s - One of te best cheeseburgers I have ever had, Guy Ferritti agrees.

Flight delayed a lil’bit…so here I iz.

FYI, my most favorite thing; not in South Carolina.
I’m sure you earned mad points from your most favorite thing not in SC for adding that FYI.

Hell yes to the Brick House’s chalice of chalk. More gyms need to follow suit.

DJ-German beer is OUTFUCKINGSTANDING!!! An even better brew is one I’d mentioned in the previous TK, from Denmark, I believe. One can (1 liter, mind you) had me stop and take notice. That strong.

I only strap mine on at 225-235lbs. I don’t use it to warm up from 135 to 205. I keep it for when it gets heavy. It’s good to work the core without the belt too. I would say add it for your last set or 2 last sets. What’s your deadlift day look like?
NL, you think your belt helps your lift? or keeps you from getting injured? Curious to know.
I gave up all straps and belts about 10 years ago for the better, I felt like they were in my way…and I just recently pulled 500 with nothing but chalk and bare feet, a personal best. That said…I don’t compete.
And hitting you up again, Hip. Couldn’t agree with your more on the belt, as I found it very cumbersome and annoying. Chalk, like Hip, is all I use. Strengthen your core, to include your lower back, and you should be fine. Until you really begin getting up to the much heavier weights.

I’m pretty sure it rolls to its back and then gets stuck.

We dont have sports in school in norway. I have competed in the some internation tournements, nordic championships and was the norwegian champion when i got injured, but i was never at an olympic caliber. I started late, i started when i was 14-15 and no one even though i could win nationals.

I can agree on that. I don’t do much outside work anymore, but used carry metalpipes and plumbing equipment outside for a year so i can relate to it :)
So now you would wrestle just for the competition? Or you going to try MMA?

I dont work outside either, but I do own a house and have honey do list as long as my leg.

Got to work 10 minutes late so im just chilling at the office while people are having their meeting. Eh,whatever. Ive been thinking about this chick im seeing and im thinking I should just go out with her again and cut it off. Cant have a girl with the schedule I got. I figure that if we go out any longer,Ill develop some sort of attachment,Ill neglect her, then she’ll cheat on me,then Ill have to murder the guy she cheated on me with. Nobody wins in the end.

still over 225, but am dropping BF. If the total BW is remaining close to the same, but I’m losing BF, doesnt that mean I may be doing something right?

As I sit in my office, I can’t help but feel my motivation dwindling away, as I am simply waiting for my supervisor to get out of a meeting. 17.5 months, and I’ll be a free man.

In other news, I’m starvin right now. Vending machine is sounding lovely at the moment.

where’s Inky been?
