Evening Out Chest Growth

bbbHey, i was just wondering what would be the best way to even out my chest a bit more as some parts are bigger than others for example the top is bigger than the bottom, i was just wondering are there any good exercises to even this out at all?

cheers guys

I gotta ask how long have you been working out consistent and hard??

Likely the answer is just keep at it a few years. mix in DB work and incline work

If the top is bigger than the bottom you don’t want to do incline. It’ll just make the disproportion worse. Do decline work or flat bench for a while. If you’re already doing flat go to decline.

Dips & decline flyes will give you “tits”. You’ll get the FULL look by carving out the lower & side portions of the chest. A good upper chest gives you the flat or square look. Probably better to have a dominant upper chest than lower in my opinion.

The chest is all one muscle, but stressing the lower area should help change those proportions.

Most people wish they had your problem(easier filling in the bottom than the top). The bottom of the chest should be no problem to add some size to.
