That is a very reasonable price. Its less than many spend on going out partying and what not. And of course you obtain a ton of knowledge from him as well.

Ya, ultimately, hiring a guy like JM is tough to put a price on because he will give me so much knowledge and greater understanding when it comes to training, overall planning, etc.

Awesome first MD back session?I really love the exercises that John chooses?the placement and rep-ranges really end up hitting your back entirely. I?ve never done assisted pull-ups, but these were incredibly hard when I did them with the slow eccentrics and stretches. The hypers at the end were insane?my low back was cramped up afterwards.

Snapped a back pic:
Just trying to be helpful (with an untrained eye), but is your right arm larger than your left? It looks like the right lat flares out a bit more as well.

I can see that too, but that happens a lot even if one side of your body is just slightly turned closer to the camera.
Ev, how do you like those meadow rows? Obviously must really hit the back hard considering the weights used compared to what you were Yates rowing.

Ya, it probably is slightly smaller…need to work on activating the left side a bit more, but it’s also prob what Austin said…the camera isn’t straight so that can create the illusion that one might be much smaller than the other.

I love Meadows rows, but they also are single-armed, so the weights used will be significantly less.
Also, I focus a lot on the stretch at the bottom, and not using any momentum to drive the weight up.

Oh did not realize they were single armed. Makes a lot of sense now.
